Superhero Responsibilities:
Provide technical support by resolving computer problems via remote desktop, email, phone and other electronic medium.
Configure computer equipment such as Internet connections or configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
Provide training and assistance to help clients learn how to use client software products and services.
Problem analysis and resolution for technical issues.
Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Problem Solving and troubleshooting
Must be positive and fun to work with
Bonus Points:
Call Center Experience
College Degree (special consideration given for degrees within technology)
A+ , Network+ , MCSE , or other technical sertification
