Mentors International Academy in Abuja requires the service of a young and energetic Nigerian graduate to join its team.
Job Title: Class Teacher
Location: Abuja

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to teach children in the subject(s) applied for.
• Conducts activities that contribute to a climate where pupils are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences. 
• Identify, select, and modify resources to meet the needs of the pupils taking into cognisance the varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs of the pupils.
• Maintains effective and efficient record keeping procedures.
• Provides a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process.
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, with pupils, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis.
• Be of professional and ethical standards especially when dealing with pupils, colleagues, and community.
• Ensures that pupil’s growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for age group, subject area, and/or program classification.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum qualification is OND/ NCE/B.Ed/PGD.Ed
Required experience is 1 - 3 years
Must possess good communicative skills
The candidate is one that is ready to learn on the job and a good team player.
