Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
To oversee the company`s production activities (LPG canister manufacturing and cylinder filling operations)
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development and project management activities of the production facilities from inception
Provide inputs for ensuring the commercial viability of the production facility.
Coordinate and ensure smooth operations of the manufacturing and filling processes
Ensure plants experience little or no downtime
Ensure that final products meet acceptable and laid down standards (Quality Assurance)
Ensure that operations are carried out within budget
Help formulate policies to ensure optimum use of equipment
Ensure that production targets are met.
Qualifications and Requirements:
An Engineering Degree is a must
Minimum of 5-7 years post qualification experience
Knowledge of LPG installations is highly desired
Strong Project Management Skills
Appreciation of the commercial side of projects
Good interpersonal skills.
