Job Title: Risk Analyst (Financial and Operational)
Location: Lagos

Job Summary:
The Risk Analyst, Financial and Operational risk, is responsible for supporting initiatives that identify, measure, and reduce the impact of risk in all areas of the organization. The analyst will assist the Group Head Risk and Quality in executing the Enterprise Risk Management plan of the group and perform other task as needed

Responsibilities:
Work with our businesses/depots to identify, assess and mitigate losses
Creates, maintains, and produces various standard analytic reports for internal and/or external use.
Conducts the maintenance of financial and operational exposure and related loss control components,
Assist in the review of finance department`s review of analysis of year-over-year changes and evaluating its appropriateness.
Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation
Compiles and issues reports detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for improvements.
Appraises the activities of audit and compliance personnel.
Quality control oversight of assets to ensure high level of data integrity.
Acts as key liaison for both internal and external customers.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum qualification is Degree
Required experience is 3 - 5 years
Ability to work independently and take initiative,
Excellent communication skills and pro-active attitude
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
